The Healtwise product line includes over 65 high quality protein foods - incomparable in flavor, in the form of drinks, soups, sides, entrées, snacks, chips, bars and puddings. The protein is easily digested and designed to provide short and long term satiation as well as nutritional excellence. The body is naturally satisfied with the quality of the easily digestible food. At least two more meals per day from lean meats and vegetables are required in the protocol.
Also included in the plan are high quality vitamins and mineral supplements. These are necessary for program success. Some clients also need additional natural helpers to reap the highest benefits. These include probiotics, antioxidants and omega supplements.
Healthwise foods are easy to prepare, some are ready to eat right out of the package. Each box typically contains 7 envelopes, bags or bars for $15 per box. Ready to mix drinks come in sets of 6.
The basic protocol 3 boxes per week, or a minimum of 21 individual packets. Many health needs and personal differences may require special protocols, which will be determined in your orientation meeting or very soon thereafter, depending on your personal challenges or needs. One example is the athletic protocol which can require not only additional protein, but additional carbs as well.
Vegetarians, those with gluten, milk or soy intolerances lose weight successfully on a modified program designed just for them during the initial consultations. The products are carefully labeled to identify the protein sources for everyone who is on the program. Once program foods are identified, we work to design and refine each client's program to ensure that is compatible both with the client's health and their goal to lose weight healthily.
A wide variety of product is always available on the shelves at your SkinEnvy appointment, so no pre-ordering is required, and there are no purchase limitations so you may purchase whatever quantity makes you feel comfortable. Every client should feel that they have many choices.
Occasionally an item will be unavailable, either temporarily sold out or back ordered. In that case we always keep you up to date as to when your favorite IP food will be available again, and in some cases we can make special orders.
